Can I change plan later?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade any time. Upgrades are prorated immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal. Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, who collect applicable taxes (UK VAT, EU VAT reverse-charge, US sales tax) on our behalf.
Is there a long-term commitment?
No. Monthly plans are month-to-month and cancel any time. Annual plans run for 12 months upfront at the discounted rate; cancellation stops auto-renewal at the end of the term.
What happens when I cancel?
You keep access until the end of your current paid period. After that, your account reverts to Basic (10 properties cap, no AI credits) and all your data is preserved.
What are AI credits?
AI credits power the highest-cost features. One monthly balance covers all of them: drafting an agent or tenant email costs 5 credits, refining a draft costs 2, and unlocking the AI Refurb Estimate & Schedule of Works for a property is a one-off 15 credits— which then covers the interview, up to 3 regenerations and 5 chat edits a day on that property. Feasibility reports are planned and don't consume credits yet. Core features like bringing in properties with AI agents, comparables, and deal analysis are free for all tiers within fair-use limits.
